AmazingVox School Residencies

AmazingVox is the creation of International Opera Singers Annalisa Winberg & Roy Stevens. 

As inspirational educators they have touched the educational lives of hundreds of thousands of young Americans in many states and in 35+ counties of California.  Their successful inspirational educational residencies have taken place in nearly every imaginable kind of school and population:  Extremely rural and highly urbanized areas; exclusive  private schools and low income public schools; high performing schools and low performing, predominantly ESL schools; Arts Academies and schools with no arts whatsoever; schools with mixed population groups and schools with nearly 100% Hispanic, Native American or Caucasian student populations; Juvenile Hall Schools and Continuation High Schools.  

No matter what the population or educational level of the students and the school, Annalisa & Roy are able to add inspirational educational value and excitement, leaving the students with a glint of curiosity in their eyes; about the world, history, languages, great authors, reading, music, performing and opera!

From its inception in 2003, AmazingVox School Residencies has always emphasized a-cross disciplinary arts integration focus to all Residencies and Performance Projects.  With the new emphasis on Arts Integration in Common Core, AmazingVox programs are at the cutting edge of this important initiative. Amazingvox has produced many performing arts based STEAM (Science-Technology-Engineering-Arts/Design-Math) projects, involving K-5, GATE, 6-8 and After School Program participants on a large scale.
